Whistleblowing<\/h2>

At Foamit, we are committed to a culture of openness, integrity, and accountability. We encourage our employees, partners, and stakeholders to speak up if they observe conduct that may be inconsistent with our Code of Conduct or applicable laws.<\/p>\n

Our whistleblowing channel provides a safe and confidential way to report concerns related to ethical, environmental, or social issues. We treat all reports seriously and ensure that concerns are handled fairly, without retaliation.<\/p>\n

In addition, we actively monitor employee wellbeing and engagement through regular pulse surveys conducted every two weeks using the Winningtemp tool. This enables us to identify concerns early, strengthen our culture, and continuously improve as a responsible and sustainable organization.<\/p>\n
