The filling&#8217;s low density makes it particularly suitable for road maintenance and rehabilitation projects where reducing weight and improving ground stability are important factors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By replacing thick layers of asphalt and heavier fill materials, foam glass aggregates can reduce the need for excavation and removal of existing masses.
